Organized by The Association of Music Workers in Taiwan (中華音樂人交流協會), the annual Taiwan's Ten Best Albums and Ten Best Songs were announced June 8, 2010, for the year 2009.

Seen as the biggest surprise -- Yoga Lin's Senses Around lacking a single music-based nomination -- of the 2009 Taiwan Golden Melody Awards nominations list, The Association of Taiwan Music Workers Association recognizes Senses Around by naming it one of the Ten Best Albums of 2009.
Judges explained, "During first round of the voting process, Senses Around received 90% of votes and successful made the top 10 list. The judging panel recognizes with Senses Around, Yoga emerged from the burden of being a competition winner, the layering sequence of his musical works were clear, and his interpretation was natural and lively."

Note: The Music Workers in Taiwan Top 10 Awards are seen as the early indicator for the results of the Taiwan Golden Melody Awards, just as the Screen Actor Guild Awards are seen as the early indicator for the Oscars/Academy Awards.
